Create a job_list entry for Overdue and Lost Billing Summary Letter (cir-51) to run monthly

Resolution

To create an overdue notice that is only produced monthly:

1. Create a W4 entry in ./alephe/tab/job_list.conf to indicate that the job should be run once a week on e.g. Sunday:

W4 W YNNNNNN

2. in the cir-51 job parameters, specify the "Minimum number of days since last letter" as 28.
