    Description:
I realized that we are not creating Oracle table z106, so we're not getting that data in ARC. Tab100 flag in ABC01 is set to "CREATE-Z106=N", and the table itself appears to be empty.

I know I can change this tab100 flag and I can run p_manage_19. My question is, does the order in which those two processes run matter?

I'm thinking that the flag should be set before running manage-19 so that all transactions are recorded, but can we change that flag before "creating" the table?

How can I tell how long manage-19 might run? Will it interfere with anything else?

    Resolution:
The order doesn't matter. When you run p_manage_19 with CREATE-Z106=Y, it will create z106 records for all the bib records. If you set CREATE-Z106=Y before running p_manage_19, a z106 record will be created for each bib record which is saved to the server.

p_manage_19 should take several hours and should be able to run in an overnight window.

p_manage_19 locks the bib library, which makes the OPAC unusable. You could run p_manage_19 in a parallel library and then export the z106 records from there to ABC01.
