Date-to Configuration When Creating a New Patron Address

How can we setup the z304_date_to to get the default of more than a month (without using Fast Patron Registration)?
Today when we create a new patron address, z304_date_to = current date + 1 month.

Resolution:
The functionality that you are requesting is implemented from version 18.
A default patron address can be configured in in <adm_library>/tab/tab_bor_address table and a <adm_library>/tab/tab100 variable named as DEFAULT-ADDRESS.
