    Description:
We have used function "Delete Multiple Hold Requests" today (2010/05/21) to delete all hold requests with end request date before 2008/04/04. We realized that the function has deleted much more requests than expected. Also requests with end request date later than 2008/04/04 have been deleted.

    Resolution:
Regardless from the filter options defined by the user, function "Delete Multiple Hold Requests" always deletes all expired hold requests (i.e. hold requests with end request date before current date) as they are not active anymore. Please note that expired holds with status "S" (on shelf) will not be deleted.
