    Description:
Some deleted records are still searchable in abc02: LC Resource File of the GUI search. They appear to continue to be indexed in both keyword and acc indexes although the record has been deleted and only a stub currently exists. Why are these stubs searchable by terms or phrases from the pre-deleted records? Shouldn't the deletion of the record cause the un-indexing of the record?

For the LC resource file do a title search 'green day' and see the titles:
    green day
    green day keeping punk alive
    green delusions
    green desert

    Resolution:
Looking at the z01, I see that the Heading "Green day" has no titles (z02's) associated with it. You should find that when you Browse this heading in the OPAC you do *not* see it.

The continued appearance of the heading in the GUI Browse is an intentional feature of the system. See KB 8192-407. As described there, you can run p_manage_15, but I would first confirm with catalogers that they want this.
