    Description:
How can we express dependencies between indicators and subfields?
For example, if 505 indicator 2 is blank, then subfields g, t, and r should not be present.

Dependencies between tag(s)/indicator combinations are in check_doc_doc, but what about subfield(s) for those various tags?

Dependencies between subfields within one tagfield are in check_doc_line, but what about indicators within that tagfield?

    Resolution:
check_doc_line checks for dependencies between particular subfields in a particular field (optionally, of a particular bib format) but does not look at indicators.
