    Display the item process name in Primo instead of NonCirculating value

    Procedure:
    1. vi ./xxx50/tab/tab_www_item_desc.lng
    2. Change the NonCirculating value in the relevant ITEM-status code to the value you want in column 3
    3. restart WWW server via util w 3/1
