    Description:
At a library that uses a closing time of 24:00, patrons have been complaining about due dates that specify 12:00 AM, as this is ambiguous, at best, and technically not a "real" time.

I have suggested using 23:59, which displays as 11:59 PM, but they asked me to find out if there is a way to display 12 noon and 12 midnight for loan due hours.

    Resolution:
There is no provision for displaying any special text in connection with a time, such as, "12 noon" or "12 midnight". This would be an enhancement request.

    We suggest using 23:59.
