Why is a monograph followed by "ON" in the Web OPAC?

Resolution:
ON is defined in your system as a type of bibliographic format. That is because you have the following three lines in the table
$data_tab/tab_type_config.eng:
TYP ON 85641 EXIST
TYP ON 85640 EXIST
TYP ON 856## 2 EQUAL http
and the record in question has an 856 field.
Remove these lines and ON will no longer appear.
