Description:
In our testing of version 17 I find that an order number counter is active but with an incorrect start number (duplicating older orders). I tried the procedure in the System Librarian Guide, section 10, Order Number Counters, to no effect. There appears to be a counter with the code "uarcv" but I cannot locate it.

Resolution:
We see this line xxx50 util g/2:

20. last-order-no-UARCV 0 Y S UARCV

That is where the "uarcv" prefix is coming from. This line would be used as the value/prefix for the UARCV sublibrary only.
