Description:
I am testing rep changes 1185-1485 for Version 18.01 and noticed that patrons with overdue or recall blocks have information duplicated n the "Check Report for Patron" message. Other blocks, such as expiration dates that have passed, are not duplicated.

I don't see anything in tab_block_circ or tab16 that would explain the message duplication. It's not happening in Production which is at rep change 1184. I have attached a screen print.

Resolution:
The text is coming from messages 241 and 242 in ./error_eng/tab_check_circ. And that you have check_circ_9_a and check_circ_10_a in both the LOAN-GBL and the LOAN section.

I think that it is not necessary to have it in the LOAN. (Commenting these lines out and restarting the pc_server eliminated the duplicate messges.)
