    Description:
I’ve done what KB 14861 says and am back to the top of p15 of Verde-SFX and Verde-ALEPH Setup, step 4.5 option 2, trying to create the ALEPH user for Verde.
I’ve already done 4.6, restarting PC and WWW servers, btw, thinking that needed to be done for the preceding steps to take effect.

    Resolution:
The KB 14861 implementation notes indicate that you should add two lines to your abc00/file_list:

    TAB z660 100K 100K ts0
    IND z660_id 100K 100K ts1

I see you have added the following lines to /exlibris/aleph/u18_1/abc00/file_list on TEST:

    >>grep 'z660' file_list
    TAB z660 100K OK TS0
    IND z660_id 100K OK TS1

Notice that column 3 should have “100K” and you have “OK”

Please update your abc00/file_list with the appropriate values and re-run UTIL A/17/1 in abc00 to create the z660 table and index.
