Problem Symptoms:
The ETL process is started twice, only one process completes successfully

Even when the process ends with "Complete" a lot of data is missing from ARC.
Checking the ETL error log files on the Aleph server this error is shown:
"SQL*Loader-605: Non-data dependent ORACLE error occurred -- load discontinued." 
There were also error messages concerning the incomplete load of records 
Table mrr_bib_info Loaded 1616877 of 1064547 - Not all records were loaded
Table mrr_fact_items Loaded 11834731 of 7141817 - Not all records were loaded

Cause:
ETL process was started from test server at the same time $alephe_tab/job_list was copied from production to test server

Resolution:
1. Comment out the lines in $alephe_tab/job_list on test server
2. Reload job_list
