Description:
We are testing for ALEPH21, after doing Upgrade Express 18 -21. 
We receive XML/XSL parse errors when we try to print any report under ABC60. I find that all the xsl files at \C:\ALEPH21\alephcom\files\ABC60\PrintTemplates\eng\ on my PC have a length of 0 (-- that is, they are empty).

Resolution:
I see this in the ./abc60/tab/path_convert on the server:
$abc60_dev/abc60/form_eng $usm01_dev/usm01/form_eng
$abc60_dev/abc60/tab/pc_tab_col $usm01_dev/usm01/tab/pc_tab_col
$abc60_dev/abc60/pc_display_eng $usm50_dev/usm50/pc_display_eng
Each of these "usm"s needs to be changed to "abc". When you restart the client it should then get the abc files.
