Problem Symptoms:
Enhancing the DLF-API loan renew service to provide details when renewal is failed.

Cause:
Defect

Resolution:
When loan renewal RENEW-WWW circulationActions is failed, the reason for the failure is specified (similar to renewal fail in Aleph). Fixed with rep_change #002042 in version 22.1.0.

But it should be noted that in the case where RENEW-PRE is specified and an individual item displays as not renewable since no attempt is made to renew such items, no reason for non-renewal is displayed.
