Resolution:
Instead of this:

WEB-BRIEF expand_doc_bib_loc_l_b2

the tab_expand should have:

WEB-BRIEF expand_doc_bib_loc_1_b2

(that is, a number "1" rather than a letter "l").

The indexing jobs do *not* need to be re-run. (WEB-BRIEF plays no role in the indexing.)
