Problem Symptoms:
When trying to create a HOL record, error message 'Library is not of type BIB' is displayed.

Cause:
Configuration

Resolution:
The BIB relation for the HOL library was missing in $alephe_tab/library_relation:

BIB xxx60 xxx01

Adding the line and restarting the pc_server solves the problem.
