Description:
We're getting the following error when we try to create a new patron in ABC50: "Error 1503 not defined for service C0468 NEW in pc_cir_c0468".

Resolution:
There was no tab_bor_id.eng table in the $usr_library tab/ directory. Copying the USR00 tab_bor_id.eng to abc50 (the $usr_library) corrected the problem.
