    Problem Symptoms:
    ?€¢ When running item-01(Inventory Definition) in XXX50 the following error is logged:

    Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a16_3/aleph/exe/b_item_07_b.gnt'
    error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
    114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

    ?€¢ This error message does not occur when running p-item-01 in other ADM libraries, for instance YYY50 or ZZZ50

    Cause:
    A z68 record with a blank z68_order_number in the z68 (Order) prevents orders in XXX50 from updating

    Resolution:
    1.Update the affected record so that the z68_order_number is populated with the correct value
    2.Re-run item-01 in XXX50

    Additional Information

    The affected record may also be deleted and recreated with the correct z68_order_number value
