Description:
When we try to duplicate an ABC02 record in ABC01, we get error message "Library code USM11 not in file library.ini."

Resolution:
The duplicate problem is related to client setup. In the catalog/tab/per_lib.ini file you have USM11 listed but the library is not defined in the alephcom/tab/library.ini file.

We suggest that all the USMnn libraries be available in case needed for testing purposes. Add the following line to the alephcom/tab/library.ini file:

USM11 - USMARC Authority(2) USM11 library.abc.edu:699x

Please remember to close the client and restart it after the changes.
