    Error message "Errors detected in required email(s) ..." while printing letters from the Task Manager

    Problem Symptoms

    Try to send email created by a service from the Task Manager and receive message:
    "Errors detected in required email(s)/
    Please refer to the Errors node in the Print History"

    Cause

    Patron has wrong Email adress (Z304-EMAIL-ADDRESS)

    Resolution

    1. Enter the Print History section in the GUI under ALEPH/Print History
    2. Identify the wrong email in the Email Errors report
    3. correct the email address in the Local Address Information section in the GUI
