Description:
This error occured when a customer tried to set up a new authority library, in the Cataloguing client expanding a heading to view the reference gave:
Communication error (global 7) - Failed to read reply. PC server log:

Execution error : file '/exlibris/aleph/a20_2/aleph/exe/pc_edit_docx.gnt'
error code: 114, pc=0, call=222, seg=0
114 Attempt to access item beyond bounds of memory (Signal 11)

In a different case this error occured in the Circulation module.

Resolution:
The problem was that
* pc_tab_col.lng did not exist in the library's tab directory (AUT and ADM respectively) and there was no redirection to BIB library in path_convert table, or
* pc_tab_col.lng had a corrupt entry.
After the table was created or the corrupt entry corrected, the problem disappeared.
