Description

Expand_doc_bib_loc_usm should create LOC fields with information from item and holding records but the fields are not created

Resolution

Program expand_doc_bib_loc_usm concatenates fields from the item AND from the holding record. If you have no holding library in your configuration the expand is not working.

Use program expand_doc_bib_z30 which takes only fields from the z30 record (item) instead
