Extend Number of GUI Brief Results which can be Sent by e-mail from 1000 to 2000 Records

Desired Outcome Goal:
In the GUI, change the number of brief results which can be sent by e-mail from 1000 to 2000 results
Procedure:
1. vi $alephe_root/pc_server_defaults
2. Change the following line from
setenv set_result_set_limit 1000
to
setenv set_result_set_limit 2000
Or, if not present, add the line.
3. re-start pc_server via util w/3/3
