FAULT"s and "WARNING"s in AIK step 2.1 (Pre Installation checks)

Question
In running AIK 22 step 2.1 (Pre Installation checks), various FAULT's and WARNING's are received. Is it possible to ignore these, or must they be fixed before proceeding?

You should first check in the Salesforce Articles for the text of the specific step(s) you are getting the FAULT/WARNING on.
In general, FAULTs which are not fixed will cause some kind of problem later in the installation or system function. WARNINGs may or may not.
