    Description:
In Fast Patron Registration, since installing rep_change 001123, there are 2 new text boxes for Additional ID.
We do not want to use the Additional ID field or the Additional ID Verification. The information on the change says that these are optional and what to do to make them available. What it does not tell us is how to make them go away.

    Resolution:
It is no longer possible to show just 4 ID fields, as before. There are now have 6 of them (3 pairs of ID + Verification).
The order of the ID fields in the Fast Patron Registration form is:
    [1] Barcode (ID type "01")
[2] Additional ID (ID type - as defined in tab100)
[3] Patron ID (ID type "00" - system ID) - providing content in this field is optional
When the form opens, the cursor is placed on the "Barcode" field.
