Field LDR after exporting recs using “Download Machine-Readable Recs (print-03)"

Question

After running “Download Machine-Readable Records (print-03)” for some records field LDR has empty positions 5, 6 and 7. Why are these positions filled with blank? They should contain the values from the record in the database.

Answer

Error comes from fix “DBCKT fix_doc_tab04_95” in xxx01/tab/tab_fix. This fix works with section 95 in xxx01/tab/tab04, telling which fields to keep in the export. In section 95 the LDR field was not included, and therefore was dropped by the fix.

Add in section 95 the following line to xxx01/tab/tab04, the LDR field will be kept by the fix, and position 5-7 will be correct:
