ADM / HOL is unlinking from BIB when record has many items
Overview
ADM / HOL is unlinking from BIB when record has many (more than 300) items
Goal
This happens because of multiple (hundreds) of CAT fields in the ADM/HOL record.
A CAT field is added to the ADM/HOL record each time an item is updated. In case of multiple items, CAT fields overflow the record size limit (45000 characters) and ADM/HOL record can't be saved.
If manage-13 does not help or can't be run periodically, please user this solution:
First Step
1. Place fields LKR and Z30 (temp location) before CAT in tab01.lng of the ADM library.
In this case only the overflowing CAT fields will be deleted, instead of LKR, and record will not be unlinked from BIB.
Second Step
2. In case of HOL, add line '8####' after all the other 8xx fields in tab01.lng of the HOL library.
