    Question

Why are some fields not completely printed in GUI although they don't reach the limit of 2000 characters?

    Answer

The truncation from 2000 charecters to less than 1800 is done in a generic program called form_fill_xml_data.
It is because some special signs must be translated to xml entities. A quote sign " (for example) is replaced by '"' (6 chars instead of one).
