From Order Date - To Order Date gives zero results for Order status NEW orders

Description
"From Order Date" - "To Order Date" in the Acq GUI "Index List" gives zero results for Order status NEW orders.
Resolution
These From/To dates *are* the z68_order_date. The https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/.../38618/Z68.pdf doc says for the z68_order_date: "Date the order was sent to the vendor". Thus, it is *always* zeros for "NEW" status records. (The z68_open_date has the date the order was created.)
