    Description:
When you click on "Action Log Messages" in the GUI Acq Administration tab, you get "Server failed to execute request after 60 seconds".

    Resolution:
The problem was that the value of z71_triggered was "N" in *all* of the Z71 records. z71_triggered should be "N" only when there is an unexpired action date; otherwise, it should be "Y".

    The Z71.pdf document says this:
' If the user manually triggered the transaction and the Z71-ACTION-DATE is later than the Z71-OPEN-DATE, this field is set to “N”. In addition, transactions of Z71-TYPE = 94 (EDI response from vendor) are automatically set to “N”. Other transaction types are set to “Y”. '

    (14.2, 15.2, and 15.5 placed "N" in the z71_triggered field of no-action-date Z71's, while version 17 expects these to have "Y".)

Updating the z71_triggered column to "Y" in all of the Z71s with z71_action_date = '00000000' corrected the problem. (Be sure to back up the Z71 table with p_file_03 before performing any such update.)
