Problem Symptoms:
A GUI Cataloging user gets the message "Failed to open bitmap file C".
Other GUI Cataloging users do not get this message.
Cause:
Uncertain.
Resolution:
Uninstalling and reinstalling the GUI client resolved the problem
Additional Information
A user at another site got the message: "Failed to open bitmap file C:\Program Files\AL500\alephcom\TBarBmp\borrow.bmp" The .\alephcom\TBarBmp\ directory has a variety of bmp files.
