    Description:
After installing a new license, you get the message: "GUI Module CIRC is not licensed" [or "GUI Module CAT is not licensed", etc.] when trying to connect to the server.

And in the pc_server log you see: "Error: GUI Module CAT not licensed" or "Error: GUI Module CIRC not licensed".

    Resolution:
The license-checking program looks for a "GUI-ALL" line in the license file. If it doesn't find it, it checks for a line for the individual module. If it doesn't find that, it issues the "GUI module xxxx not licensed" message.

In this particular case, the line was there but it was "GUI-All" when it should have been "GUI-ALL". Creating a license with the correct form ("GUI-ALL") corrected the problem.
