Description:
In the GUI, I usually filter the display of bugets by year and status. There are two budgets that are not active (NA) and are from last year (2007) that will display BOTH when I filter by NA, 2007, and when I filter by NA, 2008. Any idea why two 2007 budgets will display when the filter is set to 2008? I can't see anything about them that is odd.

Resolution:
Filtering by Year brings all annual budgets according to the year entered AND all non annual budgets

A budget is determined as Annual or Non-Annual according to the Annual Budget checkbox in Tab 2. Budget Info 2.
