Problem Symptoms:
* "Failed to read reply" trying to connect with the GUI on one particular computer.

* pc_server log has the following messages at the time the attempt was made:

Execution error : file ''
error code: 114, pc=0, call=1, seg=0
114 error message text not found (Signal 11)

Cause:
Column 4 of the $alephe_tab/tab_version file on the server had "1" for encryption, while the PC's .\alephcom\tab\alephcom.ini had Encryption=0.

Resolution:
In the PC's .\alephcom\tab\alephcom.ini change

Encryption=0

to:

Encryption=1
