Description:
We can not see the Hebrew when we send Hebrew email from the Web OPAC basket.

Resolution:
In order to see Hebrew do as follows:1. comment out the web to mail sections of $alephe_unicode/tab_character_conversion_line 2. change $alephe_tab/send_mail in so that the encoding will always be UTF-8 . Now you see the Hebrew in Outlook, webmail , etc...
Depending on email program you may need to do: View > Encoding > unicode (UTF-8).
