    Problem Symptoms:
    High traffic via z39.50 crashed PC server.

    Cause:
    unknown

    Resolution:
    Redirect the Z39.50 calls to a dedicated PC server. 
    1. Change PC port in ./alephe/tab/z39_server/z39_server.conf
    2. Restart servers.
