Problem Symptoms:
How to prevent placing a hold request on a loaned item when a like copy is available

Resolution:
1. In XXX50 edit /$data_tab/tab_hold_request 
2. For all the relevant instances the check procedure "check_hold_request_o" must be the first one 
3. Restart PC Server
4. Reconnect to OPAC
