    Description:
None of our holds are displaying in the Item History. We have a title that has been recalled and put on hold for several people. When we look at the Loans History there are 6 entries that list the "Source" as Hold, however the Holds Requests tab in history is blank. We seem to have everything set up correctly according to the Systems Librarian Guide for v18 and when we do a SQL query, we can see that the hold histories are on the server, so why aren't they showing up in the client?

    Resolution:
Your Z37H table does not have Oracle indexes. Please fix this and try again.

    To check that the indexes are missing, do UTIL / A / 17 / 14 / Z37H.

    To create the indexes, do UTIL / A / 17 / 2 / Z37.
