    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23
    • Relevant for Installation Type: Dedicated-Direct, Direct, Local, Total Care

    Problem Symptoms:
A hosted server generates Alerts at 24x7 Hub (for port 80 being down) every day at 12:00 midnight, and clears itself after several minutes.

    Cause:
An /exlibris/aleph/u20_1/alephe/apache/logsrotatelogs.sh procedure is executing each day at midnight. It stops apache and restarts it.

    Resolution:
The alerts generated by this procedure (for port 80 being temporarily down) can and should be ignored.
