What is the simplest way to deliver a list of current items on loan to a customer.

Getting the list of loans on screen from the Patron Activity module in Circ and then hitting F11 still works in v.20 but there is no longer a Letter option at the right that used to provide a slightly prettier list - or so we seem to remember.

Both these options could be copied and pasted into an email that wasn't formatted very well, but that's what our patrons want - for us to email them a list.

From the OPAC one can go to My Library Card to again see a list, but there does not appear to be a very easy way to get the list into email or off the screen. There is an email option (presumably it works) but I got stopped by the inability to select, with one click, my complete list of 50 items to email.

Are there any other options?

Resolution:
In the Circ client, if you select a patron and click on "Global Patron Information" in the tree on the left, you will see a "Letter" option on the far-right-hand side of the main screen.

The first option ("Patron Circulation Summary") in the dropdown which appears is what you want.
