Question

How can I delete all local patron records for a specific sub-library?

Answer

For the deletion of local patron records use service "Delete Patron Records (cir-23)". If you want to delete all records for a specific sub-library assign the following parameters:

Print file ...

Input File Type: Ids

Input File: empty field - no value

Range Type: Ids

From: empty field - no value

To: empty field - no value

Sublibrary: nnn   According sub-library for which the records shall be deleted

Home Library: As required

Patron Status: All

Patron Type: All

Expiration Date Until: 31/12/2099

For checking whether the service runs correctly and deletes the records as requested run it with "Update Database = No" the first time and only when the result is satisfying run it with "Update Database = Yes".
