    Desired Outcome Goal:
    How can z00r tables be set up for xxx30 and xxx60 libraries?

    Procedure:
    To have the z00r in the xxx30 or xxx60 library:

    1) Copy the z00r lines from the ./xxx01/file_list and add them to the ./xxx60/ file_list or ./xxx30/ file_list* (Reduce the allocation for the xxx30 -- to perhaps 1/10th that of the bib -- since it is usually much smaller);

    2) Do util a/17/1 for z00r to create the Oracle table/indexes;

    3) Set CREATE-Z00R to "Y" in the ./xxx30/tab/tab100 or ./xxx60/tab/tab100

    4) Run Update Short Bibliographic Records (manage-07) -- specifying "Update only Z00R" -- for each library.

    * If your bib library ./xxx01/file_list lacks entries for the z00r and the z00r entries are coming from the ./aleph_root/tab/file_list.BIB, then you will not be able to do step #1. See the article  Creating z00r tables for authorities: "invalid STORAGE option"  (KB 16384-35393).

    Additional Information

    The preceding steps would also apply to the z00r for an authority library.
