    Desired Outcome Goal:
How to add a new item status? Which tables have to be configured?

    Procedure:
    xxx50/tab/tab15.lng
Add here the new item status and restrictions for e.g. hold requests, display in Opac etc. Status can be valid only for a specific sub-library (if column 1 is set) or for all sub-libraries (when there is ### in column 1).

    xxx50/tab/tab16
Define here the due dates, fines & limits. Also here the definition can be valid only for a specific sub-library (if column 1 is set with the sub-library name or the Group ID defined in $alephe_tab/tab_sub-library.lng) or for all sub-libraries (when there is ### in column 1).

    xxx50/tab/tab18.lng
Define here the required cash transaction types. If there are specific transaction types for the new item status add the item status in column 3. Below mentioned line is an example for transaction type 0080 (1st warning - Overdue). Add more lines for other transaction types when needed.

      0080 ##### ## ## Y 3.00                    1st warning - Overdue
