How to copy field volume into field title when no title is available?

Desired Outcome Goal:
Only for MAB customers:
For display purposes field 089 shall be copied into field 331 when there is not a field 331 already. Purpose is to always have the title field filled.

Procedure:
Create a fix routine with the following lines (or add the lines to an existing fix routine):

xxxnn/tab/import/fix_routine
3 331## COND-LOAD-VAL-FIELD Y
3 089## COPY-FIELD 331

In according xxxnn/tab/tab_expand
FIX fix_doc_do_file_08 fix_routine
