How to create a new z61 (Patron Profile)

Desired Outcome Goal:
Create a new z61 (Patron Profile).
Procedure:
1. Connect to the xxx50 ADM library in GUI Circ
2. Click on the Patrons tab at the top of the screen
3. Click on Patron Profile in the dropdown
4. Click on the "New" button on the right-hand side of the window which pops up.
Additional Information
The file-20 (Patron Loader) (PLIF) service is getting check_z303 errors on the z303_profile (Global patron record profile) -- apparently, because the profile specified does not exist in the z61 (Patron Profile) table, that is, there is no z61_id.
