    Description:
How to derive new authority record from BIB record to different AUT libraries?

    Resolution:
It is possible to define the default library in library_relation, section AUT,
or as argument in Col.3 of tab_fix (see header of table library_relation in alephe_tab/).
(If not found in either place, the authority record will be created in XXX10 library.)

The AUT library_relation works for only one AUT library. If you want the derived AUT record for this bib library to sometimes by in one authority library and sometimes in another, then you should have no AUT relation in the library relation table. Instead you should define different fix routines for different libraries.

    For example:
    1) tab_fix:
    AUT10 fix_doc_new_aut_5 USM10
    AUT12 fix_doc_new_aut_5 USM12

    2) pc_tab/catalog/fix_doc.lng:
    AUT10 Y L Create a new record in USM10 Authority DB, based on 1XX, 7XX, 6XX field
    AUT12 Y L Create a new record in USM12 Authority DB, based on 1XX, 7XX, 6XX field

Then librarian can choose in which library the authority record will be created.

Otherwise, you can use Ctrl+N (or Duplicate record) function to copy the record to another library.
