    Desired Outcome Goal:
    Export BIB records from Aleph

    Procedure:
    1. Retrieve the system numbers using "Retrieve Catalog Records" (ret-01) filling the “Output file” field with lower case file name.
    2. If you want to limit the retrieved records, use one or more of the filters available in the form.
    3. If you specify only the “Output file” name all the system numbers are retrieved.
    4. The output file is created in $alephe_scratch.
    5. This becomes the “Input file” in the "Download Machine-Readable Records" (print-03) service.
    6. In the form, specify the “Output file” (lowercase) and (to retrieve all fields) insert "ALL" (without " characters) in the "Field 1+ indicators" field.
    7. In the "Format" field you could select the output format. To create MARC ISO2709 format record select "MARC".
    8. The output file is created in $data_scratch directory
