    Description

Patron with thousands historical loans sign in to Primo and do not see any loans history. All other parts of My account are working as expected.

    Resolution

Although Opac via Primo is configured and working correctly, Aleph might not be using the current version of RESTful API. To refresh RESTful API, perform:

    1. stop Aleph Web Services using util W-2-7-1
    2. cd $aleph_dev/ng/aleph/home/system/thirdparty/tomcat/aleph-webapps/
    3. touch rest-dlf.war
    4. start Aleph Web Services using util W-3-7-9

This will make sure that the current version of RESTful API is put in use.
