Desired Outcome Goal:
How to renew items in batch and produce emails to the patrons informing them that the items have been renewed. cir-08 ("Renew Items on Loan") renews the items but doesn't seem to produce any notice to the patron.

Procedure:
1. Set column 4 of the BorRenew and BorListRenew lines of the.\Circ\tab\PRINT.INI flile on the PC to "M" (to make the notices be emailed rather than printed).

2. Run the cir-10 ("Courtesy Notices") Service with "Automatic Renewal" set to "Y". This option generates the ./form_eng/loan-notice-renew-letter to the patron.
